I just purchased a SOVOL SV06 ACE from Amazon and am unable to print anything. The printer Firmware is v19 and I am using Orca Slicer 2.3.0. I am attaching the STL and GCode files for a small storage bin as well as pictures of the results of two unsuccessful tries. It is not even printing out the…

It printed, supports came off easy. I made a model with feet…yours…and another without feet. 1x1-Cube-Support-Brim.3mf (324.9 KB) 1x1-Cube-No Feet.3mf (324.0 KB) [PXL_20250715_000129691]

Did the same thing again at the same place. When it’s filling in the feet it just goes off the model. Also, I did tighten the front knob. https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/8vo2d7xk71qslj7gsk6il/1x1-Cube-pirnt-with-support-brim.JPG?rlkey=n8g4x27ue7qq6h94sdgimpi26&st=5le5om2h&dl=0 I’m not sure if this…

You’re right, it’s been a long time since this problem was reported again. You need to turn the printer over to see the foam block.

Ok. Definitely not any foam blocks left. The bed manually moves smoothly back and forth consistently along the whole travel. It was in the process of layering the four feet, going from one foot to the next, when the head suddenly jumped out a couple of inches to the front of the bed and layed down…

If you think it’s really a printer issue, you can contact Sovol by sendind an email at info@sovol3d.com with your order number and pics of the issues. They will contact within a week.

[image] david2go: I am not able to connect the printer to my W10 or W11 computer over the LAN. My router sees it but not the computer. Once the ACE is connected to Wi-Fi… You either have to use the IP in a browser window or enter the IP into Orca. [Capture]
