I’m having an issue with my new T300. I just set it up and wanted to calibrate the z-tilt but instead of going all the way up, the printer was smashing the toolhead into the build plate. I have reflashed the firmware and i’m still getting the same issue. Any advice would be much appreciated.

It sounds like you need to to (or re-do) initial calibration. Follow the handbook / manual.

I am not able to do the initial calibration because the z axis tilt keeps failing. I have gone into klipper to change the direction and I have the x-axis raising to the top. re-check all cables and connections, perhaps you forgot one.
