SV07+ z offset woes

I had a failed print due to head wobble on the extruder. I did research, figured out the eccentric adjustment for the wheels, and recalibrated both the z-tilt, offset, and bed mesh. did a test print and the nozzle started plowing into the bed.

I have experienced the already discussed z-offset issues with the spring screws on the z-axis, so I checked them (one wasn’t quite tight), and did a total re-calibration again, with the same result - nozzle starts plowing into the bed.

I am at my wit’s end, as everything looks fine with the bed leveling procedure - until I start to print.

Any ideas would be most appreciated.

Data point for anyone with the same issue. So I could feel some “wobble” in the heater block. I pulled the silicone sock, had to raise the extruder and lay the machine on it’s side so I could get my head to where I could see, and there were zero screws in my heater block. I had an assortment of M2/2.5/3 screws, so found two 2.5s that were long enough to work. Reassembled, recalibrated, and it started printing perfectly.
