So i found out recently that Debian Buster, which is the OS that the SV07 has installed that we cannot upgrade without bricking the printer, no longer supports crowsnest. This is ridiculous. Why is Sovol not working on updating the SV07?
So i have given up on hearing from anyone at Sovol. I had an issue with my brand new SV06 Plus, and never got a support reply after 6 attempts. Why have a support link if you dont utalize it for your customers. I think Sovol only cares about the sales and not so much after that. They are very quick to respond on Facebook because thats a sales team, i attempted to ask a support related question and i was told to contact support, but again no response. Im sorry i bought a printer from them and i currently have it up for sale. I have several other good quality printers i use quite frequently but the Sovol sits unles i need something quick and the other printers are running.
