No response from team

Hello,

could some help me with my order placed on 20.05.2023. Someone from your team wrote me an email telling me that your system detected some kind of a problem with my order information and that if i can confirm my shipping information. So I immediately confirmed my shipping address by responding to the original email and from then I haven’t received any answer !! I wrote 3 emails and hasn’t received any response. I also tried your social media and again no response.

Would someone be so kind to update me about my order ?

A month later I’m in a similar situation. A part of my order must travel from China to UK and it’s stopped without processing. Nobody answer to my emails. I would like tocancel this part of the order and recover my money, but it’s impossible to contact with them.
