Support doesn't answer emails

From last seven days I tried to contact with Sovol using the account info@sovol3d.com and nobody answered me. I only wants to know about an order that I made with products to be sent from China, or to cancel it if it’s a problem by customs.
I can’t think if I have a warranty problem how I would solve it.

Does anyone know if there is a problem with the email? Are there any other communication channel?

Yes i have the same problem. There is a problem with a delivery for which i need contact and although i tried several times no response.

Replies are very slow, up to a week for a response. For vanilla problems, you may get a helpful response. For warranty issues, they appear to do everything to dodge that responsibility. Six weeks of slowly answering the vanilla questions but always dodging a response to the warranty return issue. Next step is paypal dispute.
