My Sv01 pro broke a week ago, and i’ve tried to contact sovol but they won’t respond.
It really feels like im being ignored.
My Sv01 pro extruder motor won’t rotate when trying to extrude.
And a couple of days ago when i heated up my printer it gave an error Heating failed.
And now if i start up my printer it gives the same error and i can’t go around it.
Can someone help me?
