hello, I got my printer for my b-day and I am printing something, then this screen popped up saying ‘Nozzle heating… please wait.’ So I waited, and waited, but nothing happened! If I touch the screen nothing happened!! PLEASE HELP!

Did you try shutting the main power off on the printer, and restarting your print? If you did and got the same message, check that the wires coming out of the hot end are seated into their respective plugs all the way. If any of the wires are broken, contact Sovol for a replacement if it’s within warranty. Let me know if it’s still giving you issues and I’ll try to help as much as I can.
Thanks! When the print finished, it ended up just changing. If I do get this issue again and that doesn’t work I’m sure something will!
It’s a G29 Bed Leveling bug…
Remove G29 from the Start Gcode & replace it with M420 S1.

Open Cura…
Preferences, Configure Cura, Printers, Machine Settings…
Start G-code, if you added G29. remove it replace it with G420 S1.
Close all the windows & it will be saved.
