Hello,
We need more details.
I calibrated the printer and everything was fine. The printer simply starts printing very well and after a while it looks like the photo and the nozzle keeps scraping against the part.
When the nozzle returns to the starting point, it makes a strange noise.
If it’s the first time you use it, did you check all points ? (Leveling, ribbon, belt, tighten screws, …).
Did you check temperature and speed ?
And so on …
First…whenever you post a layer shift question it’s best to post a pic of the print while it’s on the bed…this way we can see where it shifted…right or left front or back.
Looking at that pic, I’d say the nozzle hit the infill & caused it.
But we still need more info, what does the whole print look like, what filament are you using (PLA, PETG, etc), what are your printing temps.
I think you either have a nozzle clog or maybe your printing to cold.
You say it’s PLA at 210*, but PLA+ or Pro would be 215*-220*.
How was it printing before this issue happened, were you printing with PLA the whole time…??
I wonder what the final impression should be.
The 3d print starts well ,but in the middle of printing this starts to happen ,what shows in the photo
Did you try to print something else ?
What type of nozzle…brass or hardened…??
yes but I got the same results…
