Layer shifting problem?

Sorry, for my part, no more idea, I have never seen that before.
Did you already send an email to
info@sovol3d.com ?
If not, please send the above situation with videos and pictures and your order number, and they will check with the engineers asap.

It looks like your using glue on the bed, that’s fine.
The raft is unnecessary, try using a brim.
The pointy model you posted 1st…try slowing that down to maybe 30mm.
What infill are you using & how much %.

I was using hair spray on the heat bead
infill - lines
20%

If it’s real hairspray, not sure it’s a good idea.
The result will be the same but, I’m pretty sure there are component in hairspray which will dirt the bed.
Try 3Dlac or Dimafux or even a glue stick, it’s especially made for that.

After checking everything on the 3D printer, I realized that I was using an old version of the software, as I was using Sovol 1.5.8.
I downloaded the current version and voila!
Of course, I need to adjust some parameters to get a better print, but it’s great to have solved this problem.
Anyway, thanks guys for your help!
