Reloading filament doesn’t work.
When I insert the filament and tell the printer to load it, it pulls it in a bit and then stops.
Even if I let the printer run for a while, nothing happens.
I cleaned the print head, but that didn’t help either.
please help what can i do?
You most likely have a piece of filament stuck in just below the feed gears.
Take off the outer cover, unplug the lights and set aside. Remove the tension screw (note the order of washer, spring, bolt) and swing the lever all the way down and look. It may be necessary to remove the heater/heatbreak and use the “push tool” from the bottom.
