I’ve tried disassembling the filament feeder, but the filament is worn away by the feeder’s gears. I tried pushing the stuck filament at the point marked with the red arrow, but it’s very hard, even when using the included pushing tool
Because of the shape of the extruder, it needs to be removed while at least partly preheated, pushing or pulling on it cold has results as you describe. Note how its not actually up where the gears mesh, but has rather snapped off further below, I’d guess it sheered by trying to retract while under temperature (such as had turning the sovol logo wheel or pulling on the filament by hand).
If you can’t plug it into a printer to warm it up, you might be forced to take it apart further, so you can put the metal parts without the electronics on a heated bed. But using the printer to control its temperature as normal then pushing with the tool is the best.
