After setting up the sv08 and homing the printer in x+y the one z-motor seems to bind and will not home. Need help

Thank you so much for buying from Sovol, and I apologize for all the inconvenience. Did you already send an email to info@sovol3d.com? If not, please send the above situation with videos and pictures and your order number, and we will check with the engineers asap.
So i switched two of the motors to verify it wasn’t a bad motor and now it works fine. Not sure why this worked but i am guessing that one of the connections wasn’t seated properly.
