Sv06 plus stops printing

I have same issue, but it doesn’t work at all. I have few models that the fan do not work with them. Sovol tech support are useless. First I had sd card error, they changed me a mainbord, now this issue. All the models from printables works well but my models that I’ve made in fusion 360, they do not turn on fans. Tried cuta,sovol cyra,prusa,orca…same result. Sent them gcode file and it worked well on their printer. What can it be?
P.s. all those models worked fine before. Changed 2 sd cards already, made a new stl files.

So models you download from Printables work, but models you designed yourself don’t.
How is this a printer problem, this is a user problem.
