Hi all, not to long ago I had some pretty bad issues with a print and the extruder head got ripped off. The old hotends thermistor cable had gotten destroyed in the process. Now, I ordered a whole new hotend, and installed it, double checking the thermistor cables connection. I get this heater error, and both hotend and bed show at 0 degrees. https://imgur.com/a/Q74heV7 . I checked the all the cables connections to the main board, unplugged and replugged the thermistors connections, and didnt see any visible damage on any cable inside the mainboard. I didnt think I would mainly because the only thing that really took any damage earlier was the extruder. I tried to reflash the mainboards firmware, but when I turn on the printer again it goes straight to the heating error screen. Additional question, how do I get past the anti strain bracket on the bed? I want to check if maybe the bed cable connection got damaged. Any help is appreciated, thank you!!
