So recently after buying a sovol sv06 i’ve been printing things on it via usb with cura ultimaker (the version for the sv06) and everything was good until it failed with the bed heating and had to shut down. I’ve restarted it and it wasn’t a one time issue, making it useless because I cant use it at all until the bed can start heating again. I’ve checked the cables of the motherboard and the cables leading to the bed and both ends look fine. I do not know what to do to fix it. The error is heating failure: bed

dang, that sucks, i contacted support and hopefully its easily fixable.
Same issue here gonna ask sovol for a new bed or money back the extuder gears wear fast to this machine is not as good as they say🤬.
Should have bought a Prusa or bamboo x1
