Sovol V06 Err (Bed Temp)

Hello, yesterday my printer started to show this error when the print sequence just started. After the nozzle begins to extrude two lines to the side of the bed, it stops in the middle of the second line and shows this error: err - Album on Imgur. I restarted the printer, and there were no errors, but when I started printing, the same error appeared again.

I looked on the forums for advice, checked all the bed/motherboard connecting cables, and everything looks fine.

I turned on my printer, printed one detail without the error, and after the print was done, I saw another error on the menu: err - Album on Imgur. Restarting the printer sometimes shows no “err”, and other times, it does. For now, I can print, but after the print is finished, I get this error. During the print, the bed temperature is stable at 60°C.

The printer was bought in mid-2023, with maybe 50 hours of total use. No modifications were made, and the room temperature is stable at 24°C.

Have you flipped it on it’s side to check if the wire are securely soldered to the bed…??
If everything looks alright, the thermistor is most likely the problem.

If you don’t want to try & replace it yourself, then you will have to buy a new hotend.

Yeah, the wires are securely soldered. What kind of thermistor do I need? Can you please give the model name.

These will fit bother the SV06 & Plus, but they are out of stock in the U.S.
So you will have to find something similar…

Creality Original Ender 3 S1 Thermistor

I’ve been told, these fit…but I can’t confirm it.

4pcs 100K Thermistor Temperature Sensor

…or buy a new hotend.

Hey, Thanks for the advice. I did some more testing, checked the resistance in the cables and connections, and they are fine.
But what I found interesting is that in bed normal position I get no Error, but if I shift the Bed outwards, I get the Error. Very strange and I have no idea what it could be. Could it be tha cable?
There is the difference in bed position test2 - Album on Imgur

Then I would check the plugin at the board. But it sounds cable related.
