Sv06 Ace plus extruder nozzle FAIL melt everything arround

Hey everyone, Suddenly extruder nozzle melt with fillament everything and i couldnt remove it… it was so hard to remove and need long time to clean but everything melt arround as you can see on pictures and 62euro + 6 plus shipping are way to much for something like that what if happen again? i would like a free replacement from sovol or refund of
