Hi! a couple of months ago I bought this printer, from day one I had problems with bed leveling,Lately it has started to turn off at any time during printing.I checked all the ways to level the bed, nothing helped,and the spontaneous shutdown (photo attached) turned out to be due to a defective extruder head cable , Finally today I decided to disassemble the bed to find out what was wrong. I discovered these things.Look carefully at the photo Should there be such different screws and different bushings?these are the holes on the bed holders.
what should I do? will Sovol send me new working parts instead of these defective ones? Or return the printer to Sovol?
