Sovol sv06 plus heating failed

Hi all I just got a new sovol sv06 plus and I have it all set up but every time I turn it on it tells me heating failed and it tells me to restart the printer and when I do it tells me the same thing

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong so any answers will be helpful

Most likely one of the connectors for the cables isn’t properly inserted. Please re-read the installation instructions and verify that all connectors are properly installed.

I managed to figure it out one of the wires in the control box thing was getting pinched in the box

Hello, this is the most recent post dealing with this. I certainly need to check the bed connections, but I noticed this on the board and I don’t know if it is an issue. I don’t have the printer at home and this was the only thing I saw that looked like an issue.

I would be surprised if you found it in their store.

So that’s not just excessive corrosion protection or something?

I don’t know your environment.

My printer works fine since 2 or 3 years but it’s in an enclosure in my garage.
