Sovol printer leveling problems

My printer has been having problems where it seems very smushed and then it like creates build ups and fails most of the time. i’ve tried all the leveling options liek z offset and bed mesh. it only works when i manually change the z offset every print but still isn’t consistent because th next print it gets slightly worse and its a cycle
