Sovol 07+ Extrusion really thin

I’ve had this machine for 2 months and it’s worked beautifully, but now the extrusion is really thin. I’ve had the extruder apart, regreased it. All seems well.
A part I tried to print today (PLA+) after 2 hours of printing was 0.6 mm thick.
Nozzle is brand new today (0.4) Nozzle temp. 220C

Hi,
Have you clean the nozzle with a needle or a cleaning filament ?

Use cleaning filament in the nozzle.
Even if it is new, there may be dust in it.

Nozzle was a mess. Had to take the whole extruder off to get the nozzle out.
In testing the feed via the gears there seemed to be an point where the plastic wasn’t feeding.
I think there might be a gear tooth missing. Head had a pretty bad crash a week ago. That might have caused problems.
Is the 06 extruder the same as the 07+?

Just purchased and fitted new extruder. Did the corner levelling of the bed with 2 sheets a4’s.
Seems to extrude ok but the nozzle is driving into the first layer.

I think I have the answer - Z calibration. Testing now. Thanks.
