Sovol sv06 stopped printing, extruder not working

I’ve had the 06 for 2 months and done a few items, mostly thingiverse bits for the wife. But two days ago part way thru a 10hr print its stopped extruding anything.
Disassembled the extruder and checked the nozzle (plugged) and installed the spare that came with the printer. Still having problems getting more than a few squirts out of it.
Using a infrared temp-checker I get temps lower by 5 deg. on the bed but only 49/55 numbers at the nozzle while the control shows 200 deg. Even with the silicone cover off the metal end.

Is this difference in temperatures normal or is the hot end failing? (of course they are Out-of-Stock)

Well with continued working with the hotend it appears that I can not trust the reading from the infrared thermo. So I am still looking for a reason this has stopped extruding.

OK so it was not anything to do with the electrics. It was a screw that had backed off that holds the feed drum to the planetary gear shaft. So nothing was coming out of the nozzle.
All better now.
