I can't reset my Sovol 08. Can anyone help?

There should be a “factory reset” option in the menus of the knob screen.

Thanks for the tip.
I deleted some files via SSH, then deleted all the files from the printer.
I performed a reset and a firmware update.
It's working normally now.
Now I want to adjust the settings so the bed heats up before printing starts.
