Subject: Sovol SV08 Max – Request for Reset / Firmware Package (Brand New Printer Stuck on Wi‑Fi Screen)

I am writing to request technical assistance and a firmware reset package for my Sovol SV08 Max 3D printer.

From the very first power‑on, the printer has never completed the initial setup process. It boots to the Wi‑Fi setup screen but does not get past that point and will not finish the guided setup. I have attempted to complete the Wi‑Fi setup several times, but the machine remains stuck at the Wi‑Fi screen and never reaches a ready or printing interface.
I have checked your download and wiki pages for the SV08/SV08 Max, but I am unable to find a correct “reset” firmware or full firmware image to reflash or recover this machine. I would like to fully reset the printer’s firmware and start the setup process from a known-good factory state.[sovol3d +2]
Please provide the following:
- A link to the correct, current firmware (or complete image/recovery package) for the Sovol SV08 Max, suitable for a full reset.
- Step-by-step instructions on how to apply this firmware (for example, via USB drive, microSD, or OTA), including any notable file names, folder structure, and power-on procedure required.[youtube +1] The Wikipedia website is not clear for the max 08 only, which is what I need to reset my printer. The website does not have this information at all, just the previous printer, old small SV08, not the max firmware, which I can put in and make my printer actually run through the setup phase, which will not, at this time, be bricked.
- Any additional troubleshooting steps you recommend specifically for an SV08 Max that will not proceed past the Wi‑Fi setup screen.

Canadian customer who thought I would have a good3-D printer junk machine, but it’s junk until it’s fixed.
Never had to see the 3-D printer junk machine move, never mind print anything yet brand new just out of the box and built🔥
