Hi can anyone help me. We r having a hard time loading the filament. It was working fine for a long time and when we tried to load the filament today it seems like something is stuck. It won’t go all the way down to catch on to the part where it pushes the filament through and down to the nozzle. Not sure what to do it if something is stuck Help please
