Basically my printer is stuck on a boot loop and what you see in the video is exactly what happens on a loop… I tried to flash it but nothing happens idk if I’m doing something wrong…

It sounds like a firmware or a motherboard problem.
Have you reflashed the firmware ?
If so and the issue is still there, did you already send an email to
info@sovol3d.com ?
If not, please send the above situation with videos and pictures and your order number, and they will check with the engineers asap.
Watching your video I noticed a few things…different screen, USB plug & flashdrive plugged in…
Did you put Klipper on this & if so, did it work before the problem your having now…??
yea so this screen is the klipper screen i bought along side the printer… and yes it was working perfectly fine before this problem started
