Max. installable heater-power?

Hey guys,

I’m thinking of upgrading my sv08 extruder…
How large can the heat element be (in watt), so the power supply would still be able to handle it?

I’m thinking of a Trianglelab CHC-pro heater which is 115watt

Would be awesome to get some insight if that could work, or what is the max recommended power for the inbuilt power supply.

according to the data sheets the standard heater element is around 64 to 72 watt

A quick browse does not show the power supply wattage and/or any schematics showing the FET type used on the break-out board on the extruder, so I guess further investigation is needed
