I thought I would share my recent experiences dealing with Sovol service. I was given a SV07 a while back. It works great and was the reason I decided to purchase a SV07 Plus. That, was a mistake.
After assembling the SV07 plus, and going through the adjustments and calibrations. I knew I had a problem, specifically, I could not achieve the Z-tilt calibration and was getting the "Retries aborting: Probed points range is increasing” error.
Eventually I contacted Sovol support and over the next 3 weeks or more, performed adjustments, calibrations, took videos, pics, etc. for Sovol support to help determine what the problem was. I spent a lot of my time trying to fix this machine, finally, I said enough. I felt I should not have to go through all of this for a new machine.
I requested a replacement machine or refund. I was told that the 14 day return period had passed. So, apparently, they only offer a 2 week warranty on their machines. You should keep that in mind if you are considering purchasing a Sovol product.
So, after a lot of back and forth, this is what we have. They finally agreed to send a replacement printer, but, I would have to pay shipping. They informed me there would not be any warranty or return option on the replacement machine. Which could possibly put me in the exact same position I am in now. I will NEVER purchase another Sovol product. Do so at your own risk. This is the kind of customer service you can expect.
