I sent a mail directly to Sovol technical support. They provided a few tests to run through to prove the proplem. Seems like the Z height sensor was faulty. Sovol sent me a new unit under warranty. I replace it and it fixed the issue. Thanks Sovol for the technical and warrantee support.
