What would be the easiest way to park the extruder directly on top of the rubber scrappers when printing in dual mode? I am doing larger prints in dual mode and the purge buckets are not large enough for the amount of material that seeps out of the extruder when inactive.

modifying the NOZZLE_PARK_POINT setting in the Configuration.h file & recompiling the firmware is a way, but I don’t know if this is an easy one for you.
Anyhow, I doubt that this is a solution for this kind of spillage/oozing problem. Additionally, permanent parking would ruin the scraper pads.
There should be easier solutions: Did you already try to lower the temperature of the inactive nozzle or to raise the retraction length (maybe your slicer has a separate setting for retraction before a nozzle change).
Alternatively, adding a purge tower will do the job & enhance print quality, too.
