I have been having tremendous problems with my SV08, and have not been able to use it effectively. My bed mesh shows a range of 3.617mm (Max: 2.513mm, Min: -1.104).
Has anyone encountered this deviation, and furthermore how do you fix this???

Are you still running with the stock probe?
Does Quad gantry level complete successfully? You should run QGL before taking a mesh.
A 3.6 mm range doesn’t seem possible if it’s all due to bed warping. As cardoc suggested, that sounds like the extreme range is the result of a bed that isn’t level more than it’s a bed that isn’t flat.
If you can post a screenshot of your bed mesh with the data on the right side, that might help to visualize what’s happening.
Sovol apparently had a rolling upgrade and has redesigned the SV08 bed to avoid some of the taco bed problem. How old is your SV08?
