A problem as crept up again

I had this problem before and I somehow fixed it, but only God knows what I did before. A little back story and what I have tried.

I printed a rather large project and everything went fine. But after it finished I tried using it the next day and everything was off. I had used a Glow in the Dark Pla for the print so I knew my nozzle was shot. I changed out the nozzle and recalibrate the leveling sequence (Z Tilt, Leveling, Z Offset, Bed mesh)

The first layer gets a nice Squish but at the second Layer it looks like the nozzle is just spitting out the PLA. There is no lines just bits of plastic. It looks like the moons surface.

I did all the leveling again, same results. I even flashed the the latest firmware and releveled. I am using a tried and true PLA from my past, and I am using a file that I know has worked in the past with no problems.

I am highly confused. Please tell me what I am missing or what I am doing wrong.

Thank You.

First thing that comes to mind is damp filament.

Dry it or try a fresh roll.

I did try drying the filament. And I tried a fresh Roll of Sunlu PLA. Same results

Raise the extruder 100mm or so and manually extrude 50mm of filament. Does the strand go straight down and flows smoothly.

New nozzles sometimes have junk inside. It’s possible you have a partial clog.
