ive recentyl changed the nozzle to my printer an after a week its started to print weirdly prints will have gaps randomly and it make the builds weak
Many possible causes including:
- Partially nozzle clog
- Damaged nozzle
- Nozzle loose in heat block
- Filament tangled on spool
- Dirty extruder feed rollers
- Stick plastic in extruder just below feed rollers
- Loose grub screw on extruder feed roller
Using the Klipad set your nozzle to the correct temperature. Raise the nozzle 100mm or so. Set to extrude 50mm at 5mm/second. Hit extrude about 10 times and watch as plastic leaves the nozzle. Should be a smooth round strand going straight down.
it comes out fine idk what is causing it ive got a new roll of filament and it still does it it isnt cloged or dirty maybe dammaged but it come out fine
You’re going to have to give more info before anyone can give much help.
Try a different nozzle for starters
Did you change to a different size, different brand or just an even swap to a new nozzle? Were any changes made within the slicer software? Was the nozzle tightened down properly? There’s a lot of variables that come into play and a little vague on the details. If you can provide more details, it would be easier to help diagnose.
same size i swapped as the old nozzl got dammged from scrapping the bed to much i swaped it to one of the ones i got with the printers as i got the extera nozzles
i did that and it still skips it idk if it a filament issue or what
but recvently ll my prints has spots just missing from it
It looks like delamination. Could try checking the nozzle/hotend to make sure there aren’t any clogs and/or maybe bump the temperature up a little to see if that helps.
