When I cancel a print job, the space man never returns to earth. I have to shut off the printer and turn it back on.
I had the same problem with the touch screen being flaky.
I ended up taking apart the screen assembly itself and there was a lot of plastic left from the plastic cover that came on it that was stuck underneath of the bezel… I peeled all of that plastic off and then reassembled the screen and everything has worked fine since then.
