i recently installed or tried installing the touch screen on my sv01 and updated firmware for printer and touch screen but everytime i try to restart the printer the screen just stays on the boot up screen but doesnt go past that. PLEASE help. have had this for a long time and would love to get it working. thanks in advance

1, you download the firmware is not the one on the picture?
2, the motherboard firmware and screen firmware is refreshed successfully, refer to the picture
3、Is the screen line replaced by the touch screen line? Is there a breakage? Installed in the correct position on the motherboard, refer to the picture.
