My shop lost power over the weekend, and when I came in today the printer was on, but the LCD was stuck on the SOVOL SV06 start screen and is completely unresponsive. Turning it off and on doesn’t fix it, and there doesn’t appear to be any kind of reset button. I’m at a loss as to what to do next.

Have you tried to disconnect your printer for a while ?
I unplugged the printer for a few hours. When I plugged it in and turned it on, it’s still stuck on the SV06 Plus screen.
Update: Updating the firmware resolved the issue.
