my cool fan is broken, where can I get a new one? Only directly from Sovol from China or somewhere in Europe? Actually, I still have a warranty, but I guess I don’t need to ask Amazon.

Hi there, I had the same issue with my Comgrow T300. After deep searches on every site I could find I finally went back to Sovol direct and I ordered two of every fan for the printer and I also ordered a complete hot end replacement kit for a quick change and go. That allows me to make repairs on one hot end while I am working on the other and the hot ends are a real quick swap.

If I were you, I would open a ticket on info@sovol3d.com with the order number and a picture of the broken fan.
They’ll get back to you within a week.
Unfortunately I didn’t take a photo, I just glued the fan together first, but I can still try it.

There are also some other design for the head (like this one but also multiple other from Nadir but also from others SV08 CN3D Shroud V3 Extra : Fan, Magnets Klicky + LED by Nadir @ CN3D | Download free STL model | Printables.com ). For sure, that require to be able to print it.
