My print is stuck on the bed and can not be removed.

What filament? PLA? If so, and you’re on the glass bed, and you can out it in the freezer, do that for maybe 10-30 minutes. The print should pop right off.
This bed looks the same as that on my CR-6 SE, but the prints pretty well fall off that when it cools. I had the same problem as you with my first print, the butterfly. I had one hell of a job removing the model, and was worried about damaging the bed. At least we won’t have a problem with not sticking to the bed…
