Adhesion issue on the print bed

Hello

I’m having an adhesion issue on the print bed, but only on the top part and not on the bottom part. When I run my finger over it, the filament lifts off on the top part, and on the bottom part, it’s stuck to the bed.

I’ve correctly leveled the bed according to the official manual of the Sovol SV06. I’m printing with PLA at 215°C using high-quality filament. Have you encountered similar cases?

Took forever for video…lol

Clean your bed. Dawn works great. Soap & Water, dry it off then wipe it down with some IPA.
