Thank you for yours greate service, when or stuf get broken.
My 1st proplem was hotend was not straigt it caused by the metal cooling blok not hotend or heatcrape. You sending a new hotend with metal cooling block(extrude).
My 2nd problem was the pei plate where lighting picture was getting off but pei coating letting loose(if only the letters was going off was it not a problem) you sending a new pei plate. Its thicker onlyvone side other side is flat. The lettering is others it came with a sticker if you use material that not stay on pei.
