My new plate arrived bent. I wanted a pristine plate to act as a reference when I have curling issues with large prints. I expect many of you will know how hard these plates are to straighten very successfully. The package arrived undamaged but inside the corner was bent. The internal packaging is good but has NO protection on the corners. It may well have been bent before shipping - who knows 
UPDATE: Sovol support were excellent and I now have a perfect new plate.
