SV08 - Problem with print quality after approx. 350 hours of "hassle free" printing

I still use the 1st metal nozzle coming with the printer (ca. 3000m filament).
So - for example, I printed a view threaded silica boxes, but the threads of the newest prints don’t work anymore because of the „poor print quality“
Some time ago the prints were no problem, the threat work like a charm.

Also I now tested different threads, but all the same problem. I used same settings and same filament.
Since the troubles, I tested different settung in orca slicer, but no solution…
Did all leveling functions again, as well as all Orca Slicer calibration tools (Temp, Flow, pa, retract) - all meticulously done.
Various filament manufacturers (sSUN, Leider ohne Besserungunlu, PolyMaker, FormFutura…) as well as PLA, ePLA, PLAMeta, PLA Light and PETG.

What’s going wrong?

My guess would be belt tension. Found mine to be very loose after several prints.

I tested the belt tension with the “Carbon Drive” tool (as I found on sovol wiki) and I got results from 49Hz to 163Hz (with same setting)…
IMHO very inaccurate - is there a better way?

I tested with the app as well and saw very consistent results. Do your belts feel tight? Is one side tighter than the other? Have you run input shaper?

Do your belts feel tight? - not more or less than 1st run (when use the first days)
Is one side tighter than the other? - no, feels similar…
Have you run input shaper? - yes, both tests (Belt Test & Auto-Calibrate)

Many arrive without tensioned belts, that even happens on Bambu printers. So, worth calibrating those as best you can.
I’d also try cleaning your filament path through your heartbreak and nozzle. Check/lubricate rails, etc. Basic maintenance.
Looking closer at your images, you seem to have layer adhesion issues. Adhesion depends on z-height, proper temperature (I’d push that about 5-10 degrees up) and part cooling. The latter is pretty aggressive on the SV08, so bumping temps may help. Do you dry your filament? Is it possible that, after 350 hours of printing, some of the filament you are using is older as well?

I aleady answered in the past, but my account here was “locked”(???)…

So in short: I reset, deleted and uninstalled everything (orca, SV08, profiles, etc.) and started from the beginning. Then it works again.
