SV07 rebooting whenever I try to preheat the heating bed

This is my very first 3D printer. I assembled it as per the manual instructions and walked through all the programming. I was finally ready to do a test print, so I preheated the extruder and everything was fine. Then I tried to preheat the heating board and it rebooted. I’ve tried unplugging and restarting and making sure all the wires were properly inserted, but it reboots every time I try to preheat the heating board no matter if it’s 1 degree more or 50 degrees more. I haven’t done anything to this printer other than what the instructions said. I didn’t even install the optional accelerometer because I just wanted this to be as simple as possible. If anyone has any advice, please let me know! As I’m really eager to test this out.

Thanks

Howdy!
I just received my second SV07 and i am having the exact same problem. Every time the bed temp rises is shuts down and auto reboots. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have the same issue with a new SV07. I sent an email to Sovol but whoever gets a response or finds the resolution first please post it here!

NVM, I’m an idiot. I forgot to check the voltage switch and it was set to 230 instead of 115. Problem solved!

This was my problem too! Haha. Glad you figured it out

It’s likely the voltage switch. Make sure it’s set up 115v.
ALSO, I realized there were two foam blocks wedged under the heat bed that were preventing full range of motion three days too late >.> Wish they’d warn us about those.
