SV06 Plus First few layers print at 250 degrees C instead of 195

My new SV06 Plus has decided to ignore the settings in the Sovol/Cura slicer and print the first few layers at 250 instead of the 195 I set in the slicer. It also decided to add a skirt which the slicer didn’t add in the slicer. At the higher temperature I get stringing. After the first few layers the printer finally recognizes the temperature that I specified in the slicer. I am printing PLA.

The printer seems to have a mind of its own. How do I get the printer to print just the settings I set in the slicer?

I might be a slicer error. I would delete that Gcode & re-slice the model.

Also, 195* is too low for most PLA made after 2020, try 210*-215*.

Make a pid calibration. There is no proper pid in stock printer. I make this calibration 2 months because it doesn’t work properly and need to be calibrated.

The problem was in the Sovol/Cura 1.7.2 slicer. I tried slicing using the Cura 5.9.0 slicer and it did not take the temperature to 250 degrees.

But I am still trying to figure what changes to the SV06 Plus profile in the Cura slicer to make the prints work out.

Hi,
Have you take a look in the start g-code ?
