has anyone seen anywhere dual 5015 fan duct for ACE similar to versions for SV06?
I searched everywhere, even used AI but no results. Unfortunately I have no necessary skills to design my own in 3D CAD.
Ace has 2.6x the fan the SV06 did out of the box… 40x10 has an impeller about 6mm wide the 40x20 about 16.
Why do you need dual fans?
Because part cooling of specifically overhangs is not to my liking, otherwise for the same reason why users of SV06 also needed one or two.
P.S. I want to be able to see the nozzle too.

It is only a concept. A SV06 design held up to the Ace extruder.
Fan hits the power supply about 22 mm before the toolhead gets to the stop. Not useable.
Thank you, some 3D CAD guru will sure find a solution, only if enough people become interested. Wait and hope.
How many parts are re-used from the SV06+? Didn’t see any cad files on the github page for the plus ace.
I’m using the model from Github for the Ace (no plus)
Same layout for everything except for the length of the extrusions. If a fan will fit the non + it will fit the plus
The power supply is a pain in the ass. When the toolhead is against the stop the centerline is only about 18mm inside the PS mount. A little more room on the right but I like symmetry so I’ve been concepting with a width constraint of 30mm
Now I’m trying to sneak through between the X rails and the uprights. It can fit but the belt anchor has to be one with the duct

Ace is quite a bit different than the original SV06 and SV06+
The Ace twins do have the same hot end as the SV06+ but fans and the rest of the machine are different.
The Ace plus Github doesn’t have step models.
Understood, was meaning I could grab existing geometry from a similar machine and modify it to match the ace plus rather then start from scratch. Was this the one you originally posted?

That is a remix of the teaser I sent. It won’t, however remotely fit the ace unless your willing to five up 50mm of travel on the X axis
