Thanks for the effort. But what’s the point? The fan on the SV06 Plus ACE runs at 70% and only uses 100% for overhangs. The cooling is very good, but loud. I don’t see any benefit in two fans.

A user posted last week asking if it was possible. He had an issue with overhangs.

Looking at Autodesk’s overhang test here, I’m quite impressed. However, the noise level isn’t particularly pleasant.

Nozzle visibility is very important, for first layers specially so. One 5015 could be enough, test should show, but even more important is possibility to move the whole thing about 2-3mm up and back down in case shorter or longer nozzle is used. Yes. The Volkano nozzle is apparently positioned very close to the fan nozzle. This could have adverse effects on the airflow. So far, I’ve only experimented with the K1 nozzle. Never thought about it but Klipper allows you to set max fan PWM. I assume then gcode fan speeds are scaled against that setting. Multiple big fans might be able to deliver the same airflow with less noise.
