I keep getting the error message
"Auto-Home failed!
Restart Printer! Check wiring
on end stop switches and
stepper motors for damage
or disconnection."
I can’t print anything nor can I do the auto levelling, I already checked the Z axis and I haven’t seen any problems,
I tried to attach some pictures of my printer to help, but the forum can’t load them.
You can’t upload pics until you reach a certain post limit…most forums are like this.
You can upload them to the cloud & post the links.
Is this printer new…??

If not, please send the above situation with videos and pictures and your order number, and they will check with the engineers asap.

Yes, I bought it around May from this year, but I only assembled it, I did try to print a box once, but it didn’t work, and I haven’t used ever since
Does it move at all, what about the X & Y…??

I have the same problem, and would like to add the following detail.
Mine seems to do this when I have printed directly from Ultimaker Cura via USB cable. When I print from an SD-card it never seems to do this.
I haven’t solved this yet, but perhaps this detail will trigger a thought in someone?
