Auto Home and Home Button Failure

Here are two issues with my Sovol SV04 printer. I’ve seen these ever since I received the printer over a month ago. Does anyone know if this can be fixed?

Hi

After cleaning out a clog on the right extruder my S04 came up with an error screen “Auto Home Failed” (see attached) When I try to print the heads are out of alinement far to the right, about 5-7 cm, to the point where in dual or mirror mode the right head is printing off the bed.

I haven’t been able to find a way to rest the printer to factory setting as error message suggest

Any assistance you can give would be greatly appreciated

How far does Auto Home get before it fails?

Im having tbhe same auto home fail errors well. along with this ungodly sound, HELP PLEASe

I’m having a similar issue where after I level the left extruder in tha AUX Level menu, when I push the #2 extruder, the head goes back and for a split second and then gives the above “Auto-Home Failed!” error message and I have to restart the printer.
