So I have a brand new Sovol SV04. Just set it up like 20 minutes ago. Went through the steps and installed the Sovol Cura Slicer Software. Added all versions of the SV04 printer - yet I am unable to recognize the printer. I’ve tried multiple USB cords. Reinstalled the software in case I missed a driver installation but no luck. I feel like I’m missing something simple but not sure what it is… any ideas?

it seems that you’re missing the USB driver, which is not included in the Sovol SD-card.
Probably you will find it on the homepage of the motherboard manufacturer:
